Terms of service
This is a full PvP Server - you can Kill/KS any player, any time, as much as you want, AS LONG AS THE GAME LETS YOU DO IT.
1. Be polite, respect all players, even if they are your enemies. Good enemies make a good game
2. Insulting a player is punished from a warning to 1 day ban. 1st warn = 12 hours mute. 2nd warns = 36 hours mute. At 3rd warns = 1 day ban.Warnings are given to the person, not Character (all warnings are given to the same account/IP/HWID/name, doesn't matter with which character you made the mistake). The Mute you get from either warnings or other reasons, is automatically bound to your Account & IP. Which means you will get Mute on all the characters online using your IP.
3. Any racism will be punished with 2 days ban.
**** It is forbidden to interfere with Game Master during the events.
4.It is not allowed to fool Administration: providing false, fabricated, evidence or misleading administration in any way. It is not allowed to impersonate Administration. Punishment: From 7 days character suspension to permanent restriction to the server and account.
****It is forbidden to use any macros or any kind of program for automation processes, which gives you bonuses, achievement points, and any other personal gain.
5. Any attempt of using hacks/exploits will be punished with permanent account(s) and IP ban. Exception: If you report the exploit/hack in the first 12 hours after you found it/used it, you won't be punished, but your advantage will be deleted. If you don't report it and we find out it later on, you'll lose your entire work for nothing.
****Disrespectful attitude to the server administration and server itself are forbidden.
6.It is not allowed to make statements about leaving the game or other harmful statements, that can leave a bad effect on the server. It is not allowed to unjustifiably criticise Administration actions, in order to discredit the gaming portal, rather than improving its quality. Punishment: Permanent restriction to server and account.
****It is forbidden to create characters with nicknames that are similar or the same as the ones that administration are using.
7.We do not tolerate advertisements from other servers. (IP / Account ban)
8. Selling Accounts/Chars/Items for real money will get your account(s) and IP banned (you can use Character Market & Market to buy/sell with credits).
9. Don't share your account and password with ANYONE!!! Administration will NEVER ask you for your password or username!!! We are not responsible for any items/characters lost on shared accounts.
10. Any 'insistent' talks on /post or Gens Chat in languages other than English will be punished with a warning, mute 1-24 hours or even ban 1 day. Obs: Keep in mind that this is a 100% international server and we must respect each other. You can speak in your own language in any other place like guild, normal chat, alliance, whisper, etc..
11. NOTHING IS CONSIDERED ANTI-GAME ON CS! You can use any kind of strategies (ghosts,allies,etc.) but do it on your own RISK of getting bad reputation/enemies! Obs: We still encourage fair play but it's up to you!
12.We can refund lost rewards due to bugs (speaking mostly about Events) as long as the player does have a clear and valid proof (screenshots/video) with the bug. Exception: Rewards/items lost due to global problems (global/mass disconnects/roll-backs) or server maintenance aren't refundable.
